Insurance
R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited has a secured Combined Liability Insurance with a reputable quality training and service provider Insurer. A copy of the Company’s insurance certificate can be provided upon request to the corporate sector. Any claims arising as a result of the actions of R.E.A.C.T or its tutors/instructors should be addressed to R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited in writing giving full details of the basis of your claim and evidence should be supplied at the time of writing, any accident book pages should be copied and supplied.
Course Bookings
Bookings are not guaranteed until a signed Booking form together with the total course fee has been received by R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited. R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems reserve the right to decline bookings without any explanation. Corporate companies will be allowed 30days for total payment.
Alterations or Cancellations
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the all courses actually run, R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel any courses should this become necessary, i.e. due to Health & Safety Issues, or Venue cancellation. In the most unlikely event of cancellation by R.E.A.C.T, Global Training Systems Limited alternative course dates will be offered to the delegate or corporate company, alternatively a full refund will be paid in full to the client, there are times when neither party can be held responsible, and an agreement would be made through our company solicitors.
Delegate behaviour
R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited will not allow the behaviour of any one delegate or group of delegates on a course/workshop to jeopardise the safety and enjoyment of other course delegates. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to leave the course immediately, and if you are a representative of any corporate organisation they will be informed by official letter. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on any of the courses and if you are found to be in possession or to be intoxicated in any way during or prior to the workshop you will be asked to leave with immediate effect.
Delegate Safety
You must comply with the safety regulations and instructions of R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems training staff and tutors at all times. Should you be found that you are jeopardising the safety of others, then you will be asked to leave the course, and no refund will be authorised.
Delegate Agreement
Pre course requisite
Normally no previous training is required. Please check prior to booking, as every course is slightly different in pre requisite demand. The Course/workshops is open to anyone over 18 years of age who has a general standard of fitness and health, when corporate booking please advise on any special needs to staff.
Level of fitness
A general standard of fitness is required, due to some of the techniques taught. If you have any medical conditions, you are strongly advised to seek your own doctor’s advice before securing a placement on the course, those with special needs should contact R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited at the earliest opportunity. Any Information given to the staff will be treated strictly confidential. R.E.A.C.T Global Training Systems Limited cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury caused during the course as a result of an ongoing medical condition and/or poor standard of health & fitness. Should the booking in staff/instructor consider you to be unfit you will not be admitted on to the course, and your company will be informed as soon as possible.
