R.E.A.C.T

Team Building & Development

We understand that when a team has fun, it becomes more effective and relationships grow stronger. Fresh new relationships bridge the gap between traditional classroom based team work training and more physical outdoor team building experiences.
The workplace is changing. Now, more than ever before, organisations must consider how their workplace is regarded not just by their employees but also by the nation at large. Typically, businesses focus on measuring quantifiable outputs such as profit, market shares or growth, without considering three vital contributory factors that inevitably determine not just success, but also survival in today's ever increasing growth

R.E.A.C.T Gobal Training Systems Limited is aware that "teams that play together work together" and we at R.E.A.CT believe that having fun at work is important not just in creating a positive team environment, but also in raising morale, boosting confidence and reducing staff turnover and sickness. Having fun helps maintain the positive attitude to work that generates commitment and job satisfaction. R.E.A.C.T Training programmes can be designed to address many different issues and situations, but the one thing they have in common is that they are all set within a framework of fun and enjoyment which will be had by all those that participate in this workshop and allow true Teambuilding and Team bonding.

Attitude

R.E.A.C.T believes that there is always a choice about the way you do your work even if there is not a choice about the work  itself. We encourage clients to choose a positive attitude towards there job and to their clients and colleagues. In taking this positive approach, individuals are committing themselves to doing the best they can, exploiting wide opportunities and developing their own role. Our tailored R.E.A.C.T programmes focus on generating this commitment through facilitated group discussions, classroom exercises as well as through activities, ensuring that clients go away from a R.E.A.C.T Training programme with a:

“I can do it " attitude.

Relationships

It stands to reason that true success must and does depend - at least in part - on the quality and not just the quantity of our relationships with our clients. Our ability to balance work and home life, while also allowing time to appreciate the hidden qualities of the people and clients around us is increasingly becoming a lifestyle measure of success, for the future relationship-building programmes. And aids R.E.A.C.T to help leaders and high performing teams to strengthen and deepen their work relationships and ethics and can also help resolve areas of conflict, both in the workplace and at home.

The Workshop

This workshop can be integrated into other training programmes; it would normally be a One day Workshop with two sessions per day. A recommended class size would be 10 to 16. It can be assignment based if required. Weekend workshops are provided on request. We can provide onsite training for corporate companies.

Problem Solving/Team Building

There are many approaches to problem solving, depending on the nature of the problem and the people involved in the problem. The more traditional, rational approach is typically used and involves, eg, clarifying description of the problem, analysing causes, identifying alternatives, assessing each alternative, choosing one, implementing it, and evaluating whether the problem was solved or not.

The activities of Problem solving and Team building along with decision-making are closely intertwined.
Problem solving and decision-making are important skills for business and life. Problem solving often involves decision-making, and decision-making is especially important for management and leadership. There are processes and techniques to improve decision-making and the quality of decisions. Decision-making is more natural to certain personalities, so these people should focus more on improving the quality of their decisions. People that are less natural decision-makers are often able to make quality assessments, but then need to be more decisive in acting upon the assessments made.
Good decision-making requires a mixture of skills: creative development and identification of options, clarity of judgement, firmness of decision, and effective implementation. For group problem-solving and decision-making, or when a consensus is required, Courses and Workshops help, within which you and your staff can incorporate these tools and process as appropriate. Our workshop includes both classroom and outdoor type activities, which are designed for all those that participate.
