R.E.A.C.T Global Investigations is an autonomous organisation with its head office based in Norwich.
It was Established in 2001 and founded on over 70 years of experience from both the Military and Home Office.
R.E.A.C.T Global Investigations provides high quality support to our professional counterparts, and to many other organisations and private individuals. Operating throughout the East of England and along the M25, M11,corridors.
R.E.A.C.T Global Investigations undercover techniques and expertise also involve the company in National and International enquiries. We use an extensive network of experienced and reliable agents, with many years experience in covert operations. We cover the full spectrum of private investigations together with the appropriate use of specialist services:-

We at R.E.A.C.T Global Investigations are constantly evolving to meet the challenges of providing a high quality service, taking complete advantage of technical advances in both the field and industry environments.
R.E.A.C.T Private Investigations Rates
Please find below a guideline to our hourly rates. These rates are negotiable and the figures shown below are to be used as a guideline. All projects are individually priced and agreement is made prior to commencement.
- Process Serving - £30 per hour
- Research Records - £40 per hour
- Investigation (General or Criminal) - £75 per hour
- Surveillance - £75 per hour
- Undercover - £55 - £100 per hour depending on case and client
- Mileage – 70p/mile (vehicle)
- Emergency call out charge - £95
- International Rates – Agreed in advance of assignment
For all operations there will be a “plus operational expenses” charge which will be limited to the following:-
- Public Transport
- Operational Expenses (during undercover work)
- Any entry fees to public or private functions necessary (during surveillance)
- Any other expenses will first be agreed by the client in advance
All assignments will be paid for as an initial deposit of 50% in advance, followed by further payments as the assignment requires it or upon agreement.
